Dr. Sandeep Mahajan is an Immigration Consultant and also the founder of Beyond Immigration Services. His over a decade of focused experience is enriched due to the field of Sciences and Education from India, along with astute
immigration expertise. He has been associated with the field of academics in various capacities and is not only a decorated research scholar with many awards and accolades to his credit, such as; Post-Doc Fellowship at UNESCO
New Delhi Office, India, but is also a published academician. He has augmented himself with national and international professional training, conferences, and project works which have made him a vastly qualified person with
excellent interpersonal and professional relationships.
Due to Dr. Mahajan’s contributions, his initiative Beyond Immigration Services is one of the only 4200 licensed firms authorized by the government of Canada to
provide immigration services in Canada.
Dr. Mahajan is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). His clientele
is varied and includes a tapestry of diverse backgrounds having different program requirements. He deals in all areas of immigration including, but not limited to categories of Permanent Residency, Parental Sponsorships, Provincial
Nominee Program applications, LMIA’s, ICT & GTS Work Permits, Spousal, Common-law & Conjugal Partner Sponsorships, Business Immigration (including Self-employed Persons), Study Permits, and PNP entrepreneur streams, to name
a few.

Amit Singh

Amit began his career in 2005 in the IT Recruitment industry in India. He was responsible for monitoring and improving daily operations, maximizing the efficiency of all business procedures, and building processes that meet company
objectives. He has spent much of his 15-year career working in multiple facets of skilled & international student recruitment, with a focus on business process reengineering, thought leadership, risk management, and analytics.
For the last 3 years, he moved his vertical to investment migration, well known as EB-5 for the United States. His primary role is to lead investors through the immigration and investment process and to maintain constant communication
with all his firm’s clients.
With a substantial network of investors applied under the investor program across India, his job is to conduct financial and risk analysis on the client in order to determine client-specific
suitability for the proposed EB-5 Investment; perform due diligence on the proposed investment which shall include both financial and regulatory analysis to determine that the proposed investment meets the Client’s risk and
investment needs; negotiate and structure the terms and pricing of the purchase of the private placement securities behalf of the Client; assist the Client in the non-legal aspects of final documentation and the purchase of
the private placement securities, and advise the client on any other matter related to their investment needs as reasonably requested and mutually agreed to.
